*1:作詞のアリー・ウィリスのインタヴューによると、きょうのこの歌は（当時、大ヒットした）映画「ミスター・グッドバーを探して」（タイアン・キートン主演、リチャード・ブルックス監督、1977年）に触発されて書かれたものということで、歌の性質上、どうしても女性の歌声が必要だということから起用されたのが、このシカゴ出身の三人姉妹のグループ、エモーションズ。どことなくシュープリームスを思わせるこのエモーションズは、１９７７年に「Best Of My Life」で全米ナンバー・ワンの大ヒットを放っているが、それをプロデュースしたのがＥＷ＆Ｆのモーリス・ホワイトだったということからのつながりによる起用だったようだ。
